On order of the Court, the motion for reconsideration of this Court's order of September 29, 1997, is considered, and it is GRANTED. On reconsisideration, we VACATE our order dated Speptember 29, 1997, and, pursuant to MCR 7,..,302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we REMAND this case to the Court of Appaeals for reconsideration in the light of this Court's decision in Mason v Royal Dequindre, Inc, 455 Mich 391 (1997). On reconsideration, we VACATE our order dated September 29, 1997, and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we REMAND this case to the Court of Appeals for reconsideration in the light of this Court's decision in Mason v Royal Dequindre, Inc, 455 Mich 391 (1997).
